Youth Speed & Strength Classes
Youth Speed & Strength training is exactly as the name implies: half speed and agility, half strength training. Although every session is a total body training experience, each day will focus on different components of speed (e.g., linear vs. lateral acceleration) and different primary lifts (e.g., squat vs. dumbbell press). The primary goals of this class are to emphasize the teaching of proper training, continue to develop strength in full ranges of motion as they grow, and generate leadership skills that will carry into the next level. Expect your child to be appropriately challenged in a positive, encouraging, and fun environment!
